Quakenet new website

The website is currently mostly a replacement for the old very broken and very outdated one, however we've managed to keep all the content and we have great plans to add some awesome new and hopefully suprsing features over the next month or two.

During this switch-over there is a brief window where certain features are unavailable, such as server and staff applications, but they will be appearing shortly. Please do let us know in the comments what you think of the site or to report any issues you might have found or report them to the sites developers, meeb and slug, via IRC in #dev.
