PS & animated gif

I've made layers of pictures in CS5 all ready to be converted into a animated gif.

When i go to ''Save for web & Devices'' the quality goes to shit. I know Gifs only support 256 collors, but if seen gifs who have way more quality output in .gif.

Anyone has experience and knows how to save them without losing tons of quality?

I've looked on Youtube and most of them don't lose as much as quality as I do when I use their settings.
