every random player has automated subtitle search & syncing these days :P and for the black borders.. you can simply "zoom" the view if that is what u mean. Else it would mean that the move gets out of ratio which is crap. Again smth that every random player can do :P

save to c:/Movies
open with VLC Player
profit
