Well, I decided to buy a new computer, but I'm still not so sure about setup.
Here what I've got right now:
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66 Ghz
MotherBoard: Gigabyte X38-DS4
HDD: Samsung 500 GB
Graphics: GeForce 9600 GT 512 MB
Memory: 4GB Kingston DDR2
Here what I'm thinking of buying:
Motherboard: S1155 ATX GIGABYTE - GA-P67A-D3-B3 P67 (about 87€)
CPU: Intel Core i5 - 2500K BOX 3.3GHZ 6MB LGA1155 (about 211€)
Memory: DDR3 - 1600MHZ 8GB 2x4GB - KINGSTON HYPERX CL9 XMP GREY (about 46€)
Graphics: GTX560 1024MB 256 BIT - ASUS DDR5 MHDMI DCII OC (about 185€)
HDD: S-ATA 3.5" WD CAVIAR - WD10EARS 1TB 64MB (about 102€)
AC: ATX OCZ - OCZ-ZS750W - EU 750W BRONZE (about 83€)
What do you guys think of this? I'm not really sure how much more I could spend on that PC, but I think it would be like 80-100€ more.

PSU is overkill - 500-600W will be enough.
650W psu max for that rig imo
