Logitech mx518 question

Wanted to ask if that setpoint program that comes with the mouse helps in any thing ?

You won't be able to change the keys or change DPI.

One thing that is a must, is disabling the DPI - & + stardard keys, as you will keep pressing them while playing. At least it kept happening to me.

I've never installed Setpoint on Windows XP/7 and I can change DPI nonetheless.

Ye but on setpoint u can adjust the DPI's u want to switch between.

400/800/1600 is good enough for me and I hardly use this anyway.

I thought the standard settings were 400/800/1600, but I might be mistaken. It has been ages since I tried Setpoint (or used anything else than 800 for that matter).

I used an old version of it i quit for 2 years started playing again still cant aim right because can't find that old version :(

You can determine what DPI settings you use and fix some acceleration settings and so on.

Not necessary but I used it.

my mx is freezing sometimes for ~10secs ;[ i noticed it with my keyboard too lol, have g15 and mx518
