8800GT problems after win7 update

Hi. Anyone with a 8800GT graphic card that has started to work bad after the last Win7 update?

It works well for like 10 minutes till it crashes and the monitor says that there is no signal on the VGA input.

I did not use the system recovery yet just asking for some opinions.

install gfx drivers again in safemode ....

I hope it is not bad hardware. Have the same setup for like 4 years and never had any kind of problems.

i stopped gaming 3yrs ago but then i tried skyrim @ xmas so upgraded from 260 -> 560 but i got bored and stopped already, games are a waste of time i prefer programming

I'm afraid that's a hardware error. My 9800gtx died in last December, after 4 years of heavy use.

Bah I downloaded the older driver. Installed (fresh install) and everything was good. Started to play FM2012 and on the first game the same shit happened.

Thanks for the replies I ll try some other recovery options and maybe buy a new graphic card.
