Had 2 eggs left in the fridge, thought about making pancakes, decided to go for brownies. Sorry :-(

In PL, we celebrate Fat Thursday. We usually eat some bud or donuts (??? donuts without hole in center of this sweet thing :)). We had fat thursday last week. Its like last thursday before Ash Wednesday, and the beggening of Great Lent.

I bet that most of Pl ppl eats donuts, but it's all about eating sweets, generally.

150g cottage cheese
50g lowfat yoghurt
30g ON100 french vanilla whey

In Russia we celebrate a butter week ( or pancake week) ,not just a single day.
Btw as u maybe know this feast is a heritage of pagan religion, (which existed several thousand years before christianity) christians borrowed the idea from it
