stopped smoking on 1.1.12 after 7 years of smokingm, but like 6 months before i reduced to one or two cigs a day, so not that hard

i always drill up my 10 euro notes, light them on and smoke them

Good luck! Had a break during the summer but I had only smoked for 1.5 years.

13 years now, can't find motivation to even try, it just feels too good.

Was easy enough for me to quit, though wasn't really addicted. Only thing I smoke now is the green stuff so all good and things.

Haven't smoked a single sigaret in a little over 10 months now np.

Though every once in a while i would like one but i've decided to not smoke for 1 year exactly and then just smoke when i feel like having one.

I actually only smoke when it's getting too cold for me and I'm outside, so I can't really say I'm doing it regularly, it just simply makes the winter feel less cold for me lol and yet I've had no problems within the last 3 years to stop for a longer period

I quit smoking over 2 years and a half ago. Didn't use special things to stop, just changed a few habits that kept my smoking-behavior going. Just focus on things you like more than cigarettes and you'll be fine! (and no, don't go eating lots of candy etc, have buttloads of sex instead)

I stopped smoking several times, last time I started again was 2006? But only smoked during breaks in school or later uni + few in the evening (so like 2-6 on a regular day); more when I was out with other smokers, never wanted or tried to quit, always planned to do so after uni maybe. Just suddenly stopped feeling like smoking last november, however still did on one party + tried to on new years, but didn't like it nomore :P
