Invest on some nice intel cpu. True Story.
No, I'm a real AMD user :<
Parent
ok then nothing more than gl to you. Feel well.
Parent
Way too much money spent on case and do u need 2tb of hd space? Also could get cheaper motherboard.
I'm not poor :<
Parent
what does buying overpriced stuff has to do with not being poor?
Parent
Once again you show us how fucking retarded you are.
Parent
sowieso 2500k > elke andere cpu atm
hmmmmmmm :<
Parent
less money on mobo, case and possibly hdd (depends on ur needs) and more on cpu and gfx card
MOtherBOard, make a post at www.overclock3d.net, they are nice and helpful

Change the graphic card for a AMD HD6850, it's cheaper (30 euro) and faster (10% faster).
Switch to Intel CPU, spend less on a case and motherboard, Possibly get a smaller HDD
Get a proper PSU, Wait for the next gen nVidia cards to come out. Don't buy the latest AMD processsors. You probably don't need to have spend that much on a mobo.
QuoteI'm not poor :<
Get an SSD.
Awful build
the proc and Ram memory sux get something better for that money
i5 2500k + 7870 3 GB
Z68 or better mobo > all
bad config imo.
amd

fail of the year
you keep saying you're not poor, hence you're buying shit memory. DDR3-1333 ? L oh fucking L.

get 1866.

http://www.alternate.nl/html/pcbuilder/productDetail.html?searchClass=ram&artno=IDIF5DJ1&cn=1&tn=BUILDERS for example.

P.S. 160 euros for a case? are you mental? get one for 30-50 instead and buy a SSD.

ASROCK is one of the most terrible mobo's to get aswell, would go for either MSI or ASUS.
Why would he get 1866?
If he goes AMD he should get some 1600MHz with CAS latency 7, you will notice that more than faster ram with AMD. And you won't notice if you use DDR3-1333 or DDR3-2000, only in benchmarks.

He is not poor, i would even spend more for a case a 300~500 lian li/silverstone that would be great. Because in my opion that Antec case is shit.
Of course SSD is necessary if you buy a new pc, if you don't buy one you are doing something wrong.

Asrock is good, nothing wrong with Asrock. Asrock was a budget brand in the past but that is not the case anymore.

But overall, buying AMD now is not a good choice.

why is a ssd necessary? for a "gaming" Computer it isn't realy necessary only for the Os and some other programs. u don't Do anything wrong if u don't buy a ssd for a newsystem. i bought my Computer without a ssd and i don't miss it....
maybe with a ssd the games starting 0,5sec faster or the loading process is 0,25sec faster. wow a lot time xD
Parent
I would rather buy a cpu that is 50 euro than a cpu of 200. And instead of that CPU of 200 an SSD.
Because once you are used to ssd's you never want to go back again.

And seeing HDD prices, there is no reason not to buy an SSD.
Parent
but there are no Arguments why a ssd is must to have for a gaming Computer. cause it makes no sense when u buy a Computer cause you wanna Most of the time to play games. during online gaming the ssd isn't needed.
Parent
I didn't say it was needed for gaming. I say if you buy a new computer you should buy one, 64GB/80GB aren't expensive. I would even buy ssd with only 300 euro budget. But i do notice the difference between my samsung f3 and my ssd when i am playing ET. Maps load faster, and i notice it even more in bf3 there is even a bigger diference in loading those big maps. And you notice it with every application you try to start. It's not only the speed difference but the acces time makes the most difference.
And i have only Intel G2 80GB, the newer SSD's are even better. But you don't need an expensive ssd to notice a difference. Many 60GB ssd's are around 60~80 euro.

But if you never used ssd before, you just can't understand it.

genuine intel i7 sandybridge with a hd 6990 is the way to go with the prices dropping, oh and stay the fuck away from amd fx, they are a fail
wow, one of the worst config i ever seen on cf...
this config is random shit
buy this http://www.jimms.fi/tuote/SF3D-IMPERATOR
and I'm pretty sure that you are able to play ET
maybe able to play et but Not able to play on a decent Level ^^
maybe he doesn't want to play et only :o
Parent
Not that pretty good. why u need a hexcore cpu for gaming? there is no game which use all cores. bfbc2 and bf3 is using 4cores ... atm i prefer Intel cpus the multicore cpus from Intel are running like hell.
get 1600mhz Memory it cost a Bit more then the 1333 but Memory is realy cheap that days.
maybe take 2 hdds with 1Tb and let them Run in raid Modus.
gfx hm i don't know i prefer nvidia cause i don't know how good ati cards are.
the case ..... i wouldn't pay so much for a plastic bomber ....
try to get a Power supply with cable Management it's still helpfull
what kind of raid modus? RAID 1/0 ? RAID 0 is fast but you need to make sure you have good backups.
RAID 1 is redudancy.
it's cheaper to buy ssd + hdd than 2 hdd's at this time.
And ATI = AMD now, the cards are great but there opengl drivers aren't that good.
With power supply, you mean a modulair power supply because you can arrange your cables more easily.
Parent
dont get bulldozer cpus. wtf :SS get core i5 2500k and ur on. it is much more worthy it.
