Kids at school will be able to do some programming and simple code work with these. The UK lacks technological experts, with the IT curriculum consisting of emails and a memo. I remember my IT exam, there were 2 questions regarding IT systems in general, and they were 'what does a graphics card do', what is a motherboard etc...
Now they want to have them programming by 11years of age, which would of been awesome! ET is what got me into programming, I was amazed how games worked, I used to think about it when I played Tony Hawks on my PS2. When I got PC and installed ET I decided to look it up :P. I was the only person in my whole school who could write simple applications, most of the students didn't know anything outside MS Word.
it's some sort of mini mini mini pc, very cheap.. People might use for scientific / learning purposes such as learn how to code for micro controllers (assembly..c... or wtv.. )
