How do I set the resolution to the custom one

I have r_customwidth 1280 and r_customheight 720 in my config but how do I make the game "use" it?

Nop, there isn't. Only fullscreen or windows mode.

And btw, i have no idea if you are trying to improve your stream config, but if yes, get a highquality config with different settings per map. Get some cvar unlocker (it's a hack, use it for moviemaking or stream purposes, considering you connect to a ettv server) to remove grass/fog etc at radar for a improved viewer experience.

yea I am, trying to set the res to 1280 x 720 because thats the only resolution my secondary "screen" supports but if I set it to that res it the game has borders in windowed and it won't show the bottom with ammo etc and when I try to drag it up so the bar which shows "enemy territory" isn't visible it just jumps back...


Any idea which program/hack I could use for that?

well, set the max resolution and max hz (r_displayrefresh) your screen supports. Should work!

borders are gfx-card related so look into your settings there

I just know it has to do with the drivers, don't know what it is exactly as my screen did exactly what I wanted it to do without having to touch it so I'm afraid I can't help you :s
