German football is beside the Spannish one the most entertaining in Europe atm. Fuck i cant watch an english matchup without asking myself why these guys are so good internationally.
Dont see how you can even think to compare Spanish football to German...think German football is on the same level of boring as Italy :] (with exception of the usual derby games)
You can just stop yourself at this moment. At the moment i have to say as an bayernfan, that you deserve to be in this position. 8 wins in a row in the tightest league is really impressive. If you dont make any big mistake and drop into a crisis, you will win the Bundesliga this year.
Anyway you shouldnt be too proud and happy about this, since it is just the 2nd time after many many years. Before you earn my respect, you should at least beat big names in the Championsleague and achieve something there. In addition you shouldnt compare yourself so often with other german teams such as bayern, because eventhough you are in a good position right now, you havent achieved a lot in the last years. Keep calm and continue playing like this, but please dont get so arrogant like all the other bvbfans right now, who think that they are as good as barcelona srsly..
funny to read a "dont get arrogant" sentence from a bayern fan - tho all in all you are right, arrogance is for idiots, realism is the way to go, unfornately not everybody is capable of being realistic, unfortunately the majority of bayern fans is like that.
2nd if your club is broke, nearly eradicated, but then slightly evolving again on a low budget and hard financial restrictions, they deserve respect for what they set up in these circumstances.
its a tapical bayern argumentation to not respect any other club as long as it isnt as awesome as munich in the cl... in all the years dortmund was broke you hadnt won it a single time.. on a sidenote dortmund is equal in winning the cl with münchen and münchens last victory is also 10+ years ago.
surely this years show was poor, barely one of them had played in cl b4 so they were totally new in this competition and not enough prepared for it. next year it will be better for sure. nevertheless for the development they made over the last decade they simply deserve respect.
and as it seems by now, bayern will fail in 1/8 finals against the "easiest pick" - which is one round further than dortmund came. so ur not that much ahead at all at this years international business.
Sure they earn my respect, that they recovered that fast but you just cant compare this with the victories in the past. They came out of nowhere and behave as if they have been there for hundreds of years and this makes me sick. Be there, be better than Bayern - no problem, but behave like it.
True Dortmud is equal in winning the cl with bayern and the last victory is 10 years ago, but bayern also placed 9 out of 10 times in between the first 3 teams in the bundesliga and they played on "toplevel" all over the time. Your last argument is neither valid, because dortmund played against "ok" teams and bayern won against way better teams in the groupstage and the baselcase isnt over yet ;)
TBH i had no intention to have such a bayern - dortmund fight in this journal. i just told you my opinion about the behaviour of some dortmundfans and that they deserve to be first this year- nothing else. Too bad we are drifting away again...
