it's just the replay shizzle. However you can go into Game "Options/Mods/Health bar settings" and change the colours with the arrow keys on your keyboard. Otherwise you can also click the button on your minimap ingame in order to give the opposing team only one colour aswell.

Try lowering your graphics and shaders settings ingame,
may help you a little as you are able to see more and there's less effects pooping all over your screen
