Demolaunch

Hello, need some help with demolaunching. When i launch my demo, it's playing it straight through, and it gets very hard to set up everything so i can record, cause when im done the demo is done playing, and i saw a video on youtube-> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=97ITEydb4eg&feature=results_video&playnext=1&list=PL26C4EA22A913B219 ,and when he launch a demo its paused at the beginning, can someone pls tell me how i do that thx!

it's paused because he is using image-et.exe i guess. it forces the game to start with timescale 0

it's a moviemaker hack, works with both mods.
