New monitor?

Can you tell me your experience with monitors?

I'm looking for a new monitor mostly to play so
it must be equal or bigger to 22", has to be equal
or less than 5 ms and the main thing, my budget is
200 euro no more.

Ah one more thing. I want a monitor with HDMI and
DVI output, so I need both of them!

I really dont know anything about the new technologies
in monitors.

nee dat niet...maar als je dan toch 200 euro uit wil geven waarom niet een maandje door sparen en meteen een goede kopen ;)

Cause some other 'better' or almost as good cost less than 200?
