to be honest i think the only thing shoutcaster should be able to write on global is "good game" and then leave. Shoutcasters are not on the server to talk with players (or to interact with them in any way to be honest). Do your shoutcast, if you have any comments use them there.
Agreed, talking in chat (especially the shoutout shit) is unprofessional. Apart from that I don't see any reason why he's still on the match server itself instead of ETTV.
First of all have no idea why he shoutouts it with such a bad english grammar; although that's a good move to bring ET alive. Anyway he should get over it to someone with proper english skills.

1.) I was never talked when the game is running @ global! If i need smth I use teamchat (it´s because I can´t minimalise game or smth like that)
2.) If I write smth, it´s meanwhile is pause or between rounds
3.) I never wrote anything out of topic
And I´m sorry, but I´m active and communicative. I have a behaviour so when I come somewhere I say Hello, If I leave I say Good Bye and it rounds end i say well played..
If there is a problem, that I have behaviour, I´m so sorry for it.
