Few years ago at student-party / -rally, one team had naga morich -vodka which they gave around. It was ridiculously hot. They had those chilis too, I had to take and eat one, next 30min went quite slowly...

That should be pretty extreme if you drink it raw, that makes it much different from a sauce that's mixed in food.
