Not quite sure what you mean by this, rtcw doesn't have an experience points system, weapon upgrades, rifle nades, mortars or mines.
There are less secondary objectives, you don't have to drive trucks/tanks, the gameplay in general is a bit faster because the maps are smaller, the guns shoot faster (also weapon switching in et seems slower) and movement feels a bit different.
That's the differences I can think of now on the top of my head, I've probably forgot some ^^.
