tbf picmic shit makes so little difference, ive got mine in my profile and ive generally got good fps with it or try d1ablos if you really like shit graphics :)
125 is enough for CoD4, if you are trying to get higher FPS, you should get new equipment (GFX, Processor, Ram)
I have 150-250 FPS in Cod4 with:
Processor: Intel Core Duo 2.80GHz
Ram: 3GB (DDR2)
GFX: Asus EAH5450 SILENT/DI/1GD2
Power Supply: 600W
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit
