Journals
Good morning Crossies,
after reading a lot cooking journals in the last few days (from Urtier, x3NJa and co) I was asking myself if there is any interest in a series of cooking journals?
I thought about starting with simple journals with text and pictures and after that maybe a video "turtorial".
I could cook for different tastes and demands, for example good meals for low prices or meals for romantic dinners, healthy fast-food, expensive food, ...
It could be everything from traditional German over Italian food, Tapas, Meat and Beef, some Arabic food and Thai-food which is my favorite food to cook recently.
What do you think of this idea?
I would be starting in 10 days (after my final exams are done) and it would be 1-3 journals a week.
You can also ask me for things to cook, guess I'm able to do most of the "normal" dishes.
EDIT: #et.cooking join and idlee ;)

Since I'm still living with my parents, I dont do have to do that really often and if I do, I usually cook for two days/meals or simply throw the left-overs away (food waste, i know).
Bur rice for example is almost impossible to make for one person.
And its true ;)
For example:
Thai-Food
Cheap
Fast
or
Italian
Budget: 10€/2persons
Romantic
