too bored to find this information myself so I am asking if someone could tell me the interesting signups, if there are any this year :(

yeah 64 teams only, it's disappointing. but its still almost 2 weeks till signups closed. also so far I've counted 10/11 EC teams, so few more to have 16 good teams EC.
