Well, only reason these band u love havent made it there is cause they dont have the fucking skill to make it happen like Guetta for example does
It's mainstream for a reason.
For some people it is all about the money, for others it's not.
People generally hate on producers like David Guetta because he used to make music that was slightly more pure in form, and now he hounds for duets with Beyonce. It is not because they are jealous of his success, it is because he no longer makes the music that they like because he would prefer to get paid more, which is the definition of selling out.
