3 Star GTV matches high protection?

Well, it's the 2nd time that I can't get IPs and PWs for 3 star matches so I can go shoutcast them. I'm forced to ask Goldorak in this case, since it's a CB event for the infos I need.
Is there any solution? If not, suggestions on how I can solve this.
Also, out of curiosity, I wonder why 3star matches have such protection.

3 star matches probably have such protection so Polish scriptkiddies can't go on the server and fuck everyone's day up.

maintain a close connection to the community/players.
get the team captains to agree to your presence and supply you with the details to upcomming matches.

How much of a problem is it to ask Goldorak for the IP?

on the chance that he isn't there to give me the ip, what would i do then?

ip for 3 stars games can be only requested by high GTV admins. it's security system implemented at the times of massive ddos trouble in order to prevent too many people from having the ip.

it was also at the time when 3 stars actually meant something
