Since there wasn't that much feedback or ideas in the last journal, I've decided to make another one.
WE NEED YOUR THOUGHTS ON WHAT SHOULD GO INTO THE GAME!

Hitsounds
Lean & shoot with correct origins & works great :D, oh and you can also see the player lean, we did this by bending the player ;).
BRAND NEW FROM SCRATCH SCOREBOARD
New CG_FOV limitations, switchable between 100 & 110.
g_dropHealth cvar - Number of health packs dropped upon death
g_dropAmmo cvar - Number of ammo packs dropped upon death
BUGS
No fake players - Q3FILL
Intermission cg_teamChatHeight bug - this was annoying, people who tested know what I mean.
pmove_fixed should now work as intended
Removed: externalEvents stuff
Fixed: /ws 999999 server crash
Fixed: lagometer was not drawn on local servers
Fixed: lagometer was only drawn for spectators

Player view is distorted in intermission if you have ridden an vehicle, mounted a tank
Serverlist wraps
Centerprint messages looses the coloration when printing multiple lines
During team switching you can sometime spawn immediately
Breakable damage indicator can wrap when the entity has a lot of health
Background images on the loading screen are not always shown
VoiceChat spam protection messages was cluttering the popup messages
'follow' error message when you are in limbo state was cluttering the popup messages
Players can appear duplicated in the scoreboard on large servers
Flamethrower serverside chunks can fly across the map if aimed properly
Muted players becoming referee can't get unmuted
Warmup damage change notifications has been moved from console-only to popup messages
Output from various referee commands had typos
Output from various commands are cluttering the popupmessages
Akimbo weapons didn't use the spread reduction you get at level 3 light weapons
Competition settings loaded' and 'Public settings loaded' notifications are quickly overwritten
Un)lock team/spectator from ref command or Referee menu doesn't broadcast anything at all
Negative XP doesn't show up on the playerstat dropdown
Oh and brand new kill messages as popups! These will become higher quality when we can get the Photoshoppers to pull their fingers out!

And they're colour coded, kill = green zombie kill = red... self = orange ;)
gotto go buy 2004 :X
We're aiming for 2-3 gametypes for release, it's mainly defend from Zombies but do objectives, cover up holes so they can't come into the room through vents, fix windows, repair the power lines for telecommunications etc..
Btw. did you guys added bots? That would change the whole gamestyle of this mod (since it was meant to be PvP).
The bots are only there to test the scoreboard & to test kill messages. There's no bots in this game, unless you think there should be?

Has it it own gametype? Would be nice if you also could play last man standing (Gametype 5). Fix the warmup spam then please :P

r_ambientscale forceable by server. So you can make better atmosphere.
The spam text we did fix during LMS, we noticed it during testing. Problem was the round timer was counting down, eventhough the game was still in 'warmup' state.
You can have the fix if you really need it, will dig code out.
We're working on the forcing, we're going to trap the engine cvars as we get further into the code. They'll be 2 default configs, high & low settings. Each will look the same on each clients machine.
Ppl could still keep change stuff with lua if you will stop supporting this mod in future
We have added this to the list also btw, but it's RIGHT AT THE BOTTOM.
At the top of the list now are the gameplay changes, all the bugs we found are gone and fixed.
We've fixed some bugs which still exist in all the ETPUB, NQ & JayMod servers, so they will most likely get a revamp soon if the developers want to use the code.
Got any other ideas?:)
Would be nice if you can decide to use akimbo pistols or not. I personaly don't like them :P
