double tap prone/cod4 key

yoyo, 2 things:

last week my ET went back to default settings and i had to change a few things in my cfg to get the settings back the way i had them, anyway i've got a really fuckin annoying double tap prone thing on, everytime im crouchin it starts to prone and im getting killed so much because of it :( tried cg_doublepronedelay 0 or whatever it is but its still not working, not sure if its a different cmd or a different number for that cmd?

secondly need a link to a cheap working cod4 key please :)
