Busting no damage feedback users?

Is there an official way to spot cheaters using a damage feedback remover?

I can feel it when people use such a hack feature, but how to prove it with a demo?

Edit: damage feedback = when someone shoot at you, espcially on your head, your chrossair jumps.

Damage feedback?
not certain thats the correct term either.
recoil is what u get from shooting urself and what he means is the muzzle climb caused by knockback, i believe.

Screenshake that occurs upon receiving damage.
Probably impossible to spot with any confidence, but if someone always aims exactly as well as usual while under fire you might have a case.
Maybe someone with sharp eyes could compare a luckily timed TZAC screenshot with demos to prove that a player had their crosshair at a different height than they should've had without cheats, but this would be pretty tough and not solid proof.

No you cant, it is just your brain and self-consciousness creating delusional defense-mechanism to excuse why you are getting excelled by a superior player in a computer game.
this

+ no way to prove

it's a client side thing :P it's not registered at the demo, no way to see it :P

The magenta dot shows you the
screenshake, when the player is hit. So you view the spot where he was
really aiming in the game, but you also know when he was under fire.

Still if they use it it does not help, they just dont see the recoil ( but they still got it )
damage feedback, spread and pisto/zoom recoil are completely different things
Parent
y i know ^^
Parent
yeah what I meant is that you will still see recoil even when youve disabled dmg feedback :p
Parent
dude, u as noob cheater should know better ,it helps a ton to still track the correct headvector/or any other vector while infight and trackin a enemy ina decent part to fully-hit em
Parent
when theyre not realizing where they're being shot from (because they cant figure it out with dmg feedback when theyve disabled it)
oh, it's you again
aimbetter rocks
damage feedback alone is so random that it's probably impossible to tell if someone has it or not from a demo.
if it not only removes visual effects then wolfcam should be able to tell you, afaik also displays where the players crosshair went, but you better ask gary again to be sure ;)
only visual
Parent
wolfcam had smth where u saw the recoil effect while infight
impossible.
anyway, once they get hit by a draakje, they dont get a chance to use a no feedback cheat
u cant

i played with splashjehook norecoil and no1 busted me
You can suspect, but a proof is impossible, since it's just a visual effect.

If someone turns while being under fire, and hits your head from a distance, it can be skill or luck, doesn't necessarily mean no knockback.

It won't turn any noob into a pro either, at most they can aim a bit more at head level, so if I were you I wouldn't be 2 much paranoid about it
ppl are abusing it since years. doubt there is a way.
they should just remove it from the config so that u can choose to use it or not
this. im pretty sure that there are still some top-players abusing it

on/off option is the best solution
