The NHL ofc is the best league. If you mean national teams, Finland (although Finland isn't a part of Scandinavia x)) and Sweden have very strong teams and are always to be counted in the top in the WC or the Olympics. Norway has never been in the very top, but they did quite well in the last WC. Denmark is pure shit, as always=)

Good for you. Finland is not related to any of us in anyway, except for the fact that they were under Sweden for a period.

ahhhhh ok. i remember it being different when i was "younger" , and sweden / finland were much better than north america etc. i never really got into hockey as a spectator sport, but im going to give the stanley cup a shot when its on :) cheers.

Hehe, can't really say I am following the sport either. I am not watching NHL, but I do like to see Norway play in the international cups, since they are very often the underdog, but can also surprise=)

Two favourite teams already going at it in the 1st round, Preds v Red Wings. Sorta hoping for Preds to go far this time. They've deserved it.

eastern conference:

Rangers go through easily against ottawa's nobrain defence.

Ovechkin can already buy his tickets to Finland so that he can join team Russia. Boston flies through easily.

Kovalchuck can maybe tighten up the series vs panthers. Not sure if that's enough. Panthers go through.

The last one is very hard. Crosby still a bit rusty Malkins flight has ended and philadelphia goes through with decider. (hopefully not)

WESTERN CONFERENCE:

Kopitar can't carry Kings through this round. Vancouver through

Blues<sharks

Coyotes can already say gd8. Blackhawks fan can see toews in action again!

Predators are tough challenge for red wings but i think filppula zetterberg and datsyuk can slightly make a difference.

mutta en sitä sano etteikö ottawa pystyis haastamaan hyökkäyspelissä. Varsinkin jos karlsson pystyy samanlaiseen pyöritykseen mitä se pysty runkosarjassa
