Sony Vegas probrem

Sup CF,

I have a problem in Sony Vegas pro 11.

All my text media/ subtitles do not appear on my preview screen/ movie.

-my text is in the upper timeline
-my media is not offline
- i can still edit it so my taskbar is not locked

i watched a bizilion tutorials/ posted on forums but i didnt learn how to fix it. It's probably a newb mistake but i can't find it.

Any1 got an idea/ is good with vegas? (can provide screens)
