Looks really dark. Consider messing around with your colour grading or cranking up your r_ambientscale; raise hitsound volume, lower music volume by a fair bit.
Fair enough, you might experiment with r_ambientscale though, just to make the playermodels stand out a bit more (but it's your movie, so make it how you want it! :)).
I think valid values are between 0-5, how high you want it depends on what you like. I like it all the way up at 5 (default is 0.5), but you might want somewhere in the middle. If you're using IMAGE-ET, you can adjust it through the console without vid_restarts (it's a locked cvar in ET, normally) - so it's easy to test out while watching a demo to see what's best for you.
He means that every monitor displays colour a little differently -- so what you see on your screen is not what other people see on theirs. (e.g. get a friend to put their laptop next to your screen, and you'll see that they display the same photo a little differently in the colours).
looks quite solid for a stream, i agree on saturation being a bit too high. and too bad you messed up the hitsounds =(! haha, looks like i shot only one headshot there :<
Feels a bit laggy, try higher fps? Also it seems pretty dark and really isn't a config that I like. I think you should ask some tips from volta (the guy who made AUS draft cup video) for config and vegas settings.
First of all, upload the source file somewhere if you want to get a reliable feedback on the quality.
Quality looks pretty solid, but I don't like the colors. You oversaturated them a bit. It's also too dark. Bring the saturation down, spice the exposure up and see what happens.
Maybe it looks better on your screen because you have messed up the screen settings
