Post binds or cfg here
MX518 and Setpoint Problems. Need help!

hey lads and gents,
i have a MX518 and actually i use Setpoint. But the last time (new PC) it sucks more and more.
I bind the syringe and medicpacks on two Mousebuttons (the Forward- and Backarrow, you know?!). But if i connect to a server usually the binds don't work. So i am sure, that it is a Setpoint Problem, because the bindcommands in my cfg are right and usually work. So that is why i think it is the Setpoint n stuff that wanna fuck me up.
Now here is the question:
What settings do i have to choose in Setpoint that ET recognizes all mousebuttons and my binds are able to work?
