while watching ettv got idea to make this program
its for binding Xfollow n
because when i watch ettv i type /players in console and make binds like bind m follow 3 when mAus is conected with ID=3
all i have to do now is run this cmds: "clear;players;wait 50;condump players.txt"
then run players.exe in etpro dir
and then exec players.cfg

program reads file players.txt, prints all players with IDs and then for every player prints name and then read character then write BIND {charater} follow {ID} in players.cfg
if character = space then program stops
if character = \n (new line) then it skip binding that player
it also creates phelp.cfg that prints all binds
