dunno if u can get Samsung Syncmaster 2233rz new anymore. ViewSonic VX2268wm is pretty cheap also, got mine for round 200€. Then there was some LG 23" 120Hz monitor, cant rememeber the name now

carefull with passive 3D since its 60 hz, LG has a couple of those

btw, you also have these huge delays (like 5 seconds) when changing resolutions / displayrefresh? only really downside of this monitor + the reflection of the screen, no clue why they didnt make it non reflective ...
