happens all the time in Germany, the rulling doesnt take effect most time tho since the other company appeals the ban and after that both companies agree on something
well they certainly won't be able to make demands for a hundred ones. but well, we'll see if it's really in their interest in the end or if they just choose to pay a fine and keep theirs up :)
wait. what? so the xbox's would have to be destroyed? wouldnt it make a BIT more sense to just ship them out into a country where the courts havnt made that ruling, and they could resell them quite happily?
Funny thing about Xbox is that by the Microsoft and also on the manual/box it says that you are only buying the rights to use this Xbox that you have , which means everyone who owns Xbox is basically lending it from Microsoft and Microsoft has those rights :O)
The funnier one is that the UK has just banned access to The Pirate Bay torrent site, and is asking internet service providers to block people from accessing it.
Since the 'ban' The Pirate Bay's hits have increased by 12 million :D
Finland's biggest ISP was forced to do that months ago. Dont really care though since you can still use piratebay through proxy or use some torrent search engine like isohunt.
It's only a dns level ban anyway, so it's easy enough to 'bypass' it, especially when a lot of people are now using a different one than from their ISP.
i see the xbox market shrinking "a tiny bit" in europe
Oh the horrors.
DESTROY
EXTERMINATE
No big deal, really.
A few Samsung smartphones and tablets have already been banned, never had any effect tho.
But Microsoft seems to want to push having those prices lowered...
So yeah
Prefer Wietpas over this :D
nice judicial system germany! WP
Those rulings happen all the time in Germany.
Xbox > PS3
Since the 'ban' The Pirate Bay's hits have increased by 12 million :D
