I've had my Logitech Ultrax Premium keyboard for 3 years now. It's great and i like it very much. It's silent and the buttons are small as on laptops. Sadly it's starting to wear out.
Since I can't find where to buy it in my country, id like you to suggest me keyboards which have the same qualities and the price should be around 25.- EUR.

The best rubber dome keyboards are probably the older ones that had a steal back plate and rubber dome sliders instead of membrane (dell quietkey 1996 is an example).
Apart from that, you should read up on mechanical keyboards that use the cherry switches.
