Dear CF,
Please can someone from outside of the
please suggest a recipe which I can cook for my family on Sunday. I can cook fairly well so don't worry if its hard to make, I just want something interesting.
Only one condition: no nuts.

Easy to make and good
i love the the taste of the sauce goes really well with rice.
I put lil meatsausages on with the sauce and courgette and tomato on top of my rice.
I just get the stuff from the supermarket
thats what we have every week -- I want to try something different/special
rumpsteak and diced potatoes?

cook some peruvian food. Thats called causa limeña. I like it
veggie stuff: canneloni with ricotta cheese and spinach, maybe some tomato sauce and cheese topping
its veggie stuff but still very tastie
more related, if ure like me into meat: medallions of pork with bacon (without broccoli though, i hate it xD)
but ye i know what u mean, but i like it either way!
pizza/calzone - if u dont fuck up dough
tortilla - make it in extra spicy way and serve beer
