photoshop elements

Trying to installed actions in PSE9, but for some reason I don't have the folder which states the PSE version I'm using. for example there should be adobe/Photoshop Elements/9.0/photo creations/photo effects, the folder 9.0 Isn't listed and yes I did enable hidden files.

Anyone had the same problem and found a solution?

Googling as I'm writing this!

Not sure but you can try to search for the map via start menu or just paste the link in your explorer
