couldnt find anything on what I needed :d just map tutorials and moviemaking tutorials (closed when I heard "you can use avidemo but I pretty much use fraps its my favorite" :D

actually moviemakers use fraps in cod4 movies, because they are too lazy with sound sync

timescale 0.2, 30 fps in fraps -> 120 fps in virtualdub (example) - one of the way to get blur with fraps and synced sounds

go to cod4 promod server -> you got latest promod on it
