Wtf is up with social networking websites?

I go to facebook, youtube, gmail, twitter, myspace, msn, every fucking social networking website I go to it first makes my account and after a fucking day it keeps asking me for the cell phone sms verification ? wtf is this garbage ? pissing me off.. help would be appreciated ..
