afternoon crossfire,

since i want to expand my cooking knowledge and i still don't know what i'm going to cook tonight i need YOUR help.

I want to cook something for 1 person (forever alone? or more for me?).
It should contain meat, potatoes and vegetables. Cooking time shouldn't be over 90 minutes and it should be relatively healthy.

Got any ideas?

Go to the mall. Buy a vegetable, buy some potatoes, buy a piece of meat. Cook potatoes+Picked vegatable, grill/cook/bake your meat and done..

Maybe you find something nice at Germany Urtier's blog: http://kochtier.blogspot.de/
Have yet to try any of that stuff, I'm simply too lazy. :/
had a quick look, some interesting things there, thank you

Tilapia or chicken with cayennepeper
brown rice
beans
use google wtf
KFC has all you need.
Meat: Fried Chicken
Potatoes: French Fries
Vegetables: Fried Onion Rings
Meat: Grill, bake, fry. With or without crust and/or fillings.
Vegetables: Grill, bake, fry, steam, cook. Different seasoning through herbs and spices. Different thickness/cuts/mashed.
Potatoes: Grill, bake, fry, (pre-)cook. With or without skin, different seasoning through herbs and spices. Different thickness/cuts/mashed.

Combine to your liking, budget and equipment and use some imagination.
I got a nice piece of chateaubriand (good kind of steak) and vegetables will be tomatoes with some seasoning, onions and cocktail-sauce, however I've not decided how to make the potatoes yet ...

Try baked hasselback potatoes. They need a few more minutes of preparation but it pays off in the end.
