Tzac 2.1 not working

Oke so this Tzac 2.1 isnt working for me .
First error when open :
Then i click YES .
Then there come's :
Then i click NO , if i click yes there happens nothing
So i clicked No and then there come's :
in this i fill in name and et.exe etc .
Then there come's this :
if i click Yes there come's :
WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO ?

open cmd
then write this shit
sc delete tizeqdrv
