Trouble with steelseries Xai

Hey guys,
Im having troubles with my Xai. Everything seems nice tbh, but sometimes (only while playing games) my mouse starts to move weirdly. If i want to move it (as according to sensitivity) to the left/right/up/down/w-e, it doesn't move as much as it should, it's kinda stuck and moving very little.
Tried everything with the drivers. Atm they're not even on. The situation is better without them, it doesn't do that so many times. While playing ET this happens 5-10 per map.
The mouse itself is in very good condition and only 3months old. Mousepad is steelseries Qck heavy and it's in good condition and clean also.

Any help would be appreciated !

Try different surfaces. Apparently the mouse has problems with most cloth pads.
Check for any dust on the laser optics. If both don't fix your problem, the mouse is most likely broken.

is that baked oats apple pie good?

It looks nice but pie with ingredient quark is odd for me.

You don't need to add it. I just use it to 1) add more protein, 2) make it a little more fluffy. However if you don't use too much of it, it works almost just as good as regular flour to make things stick together. Can also use it for hamburgers, pancakes etc. If you don't use it, just check that the batter for the pie is firm but still runny. It's basically a thicker pancake mix. If it's too thin, add more oats or regular flour.

Pie was pretty good, should have baked it a little longer but couldn't wait :-(

Try contacting SteelSeries support, very nice and friendly support. Offered me a new Xai, but i had thrown my receipt away as the resellers warranty had passed.

Had it too with another mouse, and it helped when I cleaned the sensor..

I havent had any problems so far. i have qck+ as a mousepad and everything works just fine. "weird moves" are because theres some dirt blocking the laser.

You have accel fix?

like others said need to clean the lens, I usually dab the cotton bud in a tiny bit of alcohol too.. Also you dont need to have the drivers install or running as your sens settings are saved in the mouse, AND those drivers add at least 10/15 seconds onto your bootup time.

Just request new one, cleaning is only temp solution.
