ok this guy was eating another guys fucking face and when cops said to stop he growled back and continued to eat the guys face and then cops shot him and he still didnt stop....

I'm only talking about newfags. I was one some time ago and my first reactions were "omfg wtf lol" and couldn't speak for several hours. That's how being a not careful newfag ends. Right now I'm totally used to seeing gifs of cutting somebody's head, exploding bodies, burning people to death, rape, broken arms/legs jpegs and stuff like that but at first everybody reacts the same.
