name the movie!

so some1 i know was watching "the vow" & it reminded me off a movie i saw a long time ago, does any1 know what the name of the movie is?

All i remember is that the wife has an accident or smthin & everyday she wakes up thinking its the same day, at the end of the movie they are on a boat & the man made a tape that she watches every morning explaining what happened to her & that they are maried n stuff.

Plz help me find this movie :)
