you click the button, random number appears, you write that number so you can log in, otherwise you can't, i think that's how it works, never had one.

You won't get your items back like WoW (atleast every person states this after getting their account reimbursed. Your account will be restore after the last snapshot they have made, this could be yesterday or 2/3 weeks ago. So everything you have done from the point the snapshot has been made and the moment your report the action is lost.

by having a account. there is some way to hack people by just having their char name or somthing like that

thats why you need auth device

yeah but not only this.. blizzard stores the user passwords and they don't differentiate between for example DfHk3l and dfhk3l :/

same for me, but i was lucky, 10 minutes before they logged into my acc, i bet for 105k in ah, so they only stole 45k (already had 150k in total)

activated autheticator (free smartphone app) afterwards

well just log into battle.net and use "help i got hacked" GM contacted me and offered me a reset of 24 hours (twice available in a year) i refused as i just started to play xD

Idd, but atleast there is 1 alternative (to use the free authenticator for smartphone or the sms one if you have a phone from the 90s).

I'm using the authenticator and not hacked once, and I join so many public games everyday which is supposedly how people have been getting hacked.

I got the same already bro. Ask battlenet to give you back your stuff, they will within 2 days. Change yoru password and use authentificator = no problem
