What is your favorite work out and why?
My favorite workout is benchpressing because I just love the feeling of it, and I feel as though I can push myself a lot to do more.

1 hour purefrag, 2 hours bio server, then like 4-5 hours of 3on3's, pretty hard workout
I think you are missing quake aim practice there. It is pretty efficient way to improve your aim to do this for like one hour.

i just enjoy working out my back the most and fucking hate doing legs... cant even deadlift atm cuz my lower back is FUCKED cuz i messed it up during my last wrestling season :(((
