Tool for changing multiple music files with f.e. (Full HQ) [HD] tag

As the title states: I'm looking for a handy tool to rename multiple (music) files with, for example, the tag (Full HQ) [HD] (to nothing) in just a few actions.

Is there any tool like this?

Are you sure it can REMOVE the tag (and not add)? Because I already have a tool like the one you stated (Mp3tag).

I am using Total Commander for video files renaming using regex, especially handy when dling whole series at once.
