That could be true but I think Riot should fix the matchmaking system that if there is 1900 ELO guys in their team rating would be scaled to their ELO. Like all those guys ELO average - 100 rating or something. So new teams wouldn't face those players.

Also starting to play solo queue is so random. It is about luck whether you get that retarded half-brained mongols who can't communicate and aren't capable of doing anything else but dying and feeding the enemy team or decent players who actually have that another part of their brain. Most of the times you just need to carry your whole team, so you should make sure you won't pick a champ that can't carry whole game but usually that is impossible because nobody wants to support. Anyways, that isn't really matchmakings fault but the players are just so retarded. But that is just why I prefer arranged games with my mates.
