ET "weird" thing

I reinstalled Windows today and i installed ET from that pack (2011) and since then i have this weird thing on the left side everytime when i move with my mouse..

Any solution how does turn that off?

to some extent, it's not really accurate though (haven't used it for a couple years now but iirc it doesn't "update" while shooting, only when you stop shooting or something).

its a spreadscale.. the bigger and "redder" it is, the more spread you have at that particular moment
