spanish translation economics

yo Spain people,

is there anyone who can give me a proper translation for two spanish phrases? They are part of a university module schedule that I translated (to check for accreditation in germany).

The context is economics, more specifically microeconomics:

"El comportamiento maximizador de los consumidores" (bloque 3)
"El comportamiento maximizador de la empresa" (bloque 4)

google translate does not help me much here. That plain translation will not satisfy my professor :D

Only words I know in spanish are, puto, uno, dos, tres, quatro, sinco, sais, aimgo, tu madre, amigo, and si.

Google translate pretty much nails it, but you need to add The (El).

EDIT: maximizing behavior can translate as selfish behavior, or, choices for the best 'deal', a bigger benefit for the lower cost possible.

Ich bin mir relativ sicher, dass es um das nutzenmaximierende Verhalten der Konsumenten/Unternehmen geht, da die darauffolgenden Kapitel das Budget und die Auswahl abhandeln, was wiederum dann mit der Konsumenten-/Produzentenrente endet.

Ich übernehme keine Garantie, war ne ziemliche Niete in allem was mit VWL zu tun hatte ;-)

thx, im Endeffekt hab ich eher nach nem deutschen gesucht der schonmal ne VWL Einführungsveranstaltung gehört hat fällt mir auf :D
