Adroits Quakelive CTF instead of TDM?

Yo,
my mates plays atlot of QL CTF and he said there was a lan some month ago and it had 16 teams even without prizes, he also told me that atleast 8 teams would join that lan if there would be a little prize, is it possible/better to replace TDM for CTF?

go find a new game dont even bother trying quake
